Mornings are tough.  I’m not a morning person by nature, but even if you’re one of those people that roll out of bed ready to take on the day there’s just a lot to do in the mornings.  With so much going on, it’s easy to run out of time for breakfast, and let’s face it, the thought of preparing a meal so early in the day doesn’t always sound terribly appealing.

To make those crazy mornings a little bit less hectic and to make sure you get out the door on time and with enough fuel to face the day, I’ve rounded up some of my favorite, easy and healthy make-ahead breakfasts.  These recipes take the stress out of what to make in the morning since they can all be prepared ahead of time so they’re ready to go when you are.  So go ahead and hit that snooze button one more time.
